Please expect your order to be dispatched within 2 working days after your order is placed. For Australian delivery time frames are approximately 3 to 5 working days. However, given the circumstances with Convid-19 Australian Post have advised to expect delays for certain orders. All orders are express freight to ensure they arrive at your earliest convenience.
Please note all packages have tracking; and you may need to sign for the package to collect your goods.
Please choose your order carefully. Sense of Direction does not give exchanges if you simply change your mind or make the wrong selection.
Exchanges may be given where goods are wrongly described or faulty. Customers cannot claim for an exchange if the goods are not in accordance with the instructions which leads to damage or abuse of goods.
If you do make a claim for wrongly described or faulty goods please submit your claim within 7 days of receiving your order to Sense of Direction via firstname.lastname@example.org
Any claims submitted outside the 7 days requirement will automatically be rejected.
Sense of Direction will do its best to respond to your claim within 7 days.
